Clear terms before you subscribe.

Gulfstream Intelligence provides AI-assisted regulatory research, drafting, analysis, collaboration, and document tools. The service supports qualified professionals; it does not replace independent professional judgment, legal advice, or a health authority decision. Review outputs before relying on them in regulated work.

An authorized account owner chooses a plan and provides a payment card through Stripe Checkout before the trial begins. The amount due at checkout is $0. Unless the subscription is canceled during the trial, Stripe automatically charges the selected monthly or annual fee when the seven-day trial ends.

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. The final amount and billing interval appear in Stripe Checkout before payment is submitted.

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the recurring price accepted at checkout and the selected billing interval until canceled.
• An introductory price remains attached while the same subscription stays continuously active. Changing plans or billing intervals, canceling, or later resubscribing may use the price then available.
• Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
• Plan or billing-interval changes may create a prorated charge or credit. Stripe shows or processes the adjustment as part of the change.
• Only the organization owner can manage a Business subscription.

If a service problem, billing error, or other issue materially affects a paid period, contact us promptly. After reviewing the circumstances, Gulfstream may issue a full or partial refund or account credit. Refunds are evaluated case by case and do not limit rights required by applicable law or a written customer agreement. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the current paid access period.

Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate account and billing information, and submit only content you are authorized to process. Do not use the service to violate law, another person's rights, platform security, or provider usage policies. Organization owners are responsible for invited users and workspace access.
