Slide Studio

Create editable pharma presentations without rebuilding the deck.

Turn connected regulatory work into decision-ready slides, match the company’s real design system, preserve the evidence trail, and keep essential text editable after export.

PowerPoint export is available now. Google Slides compatibility is in final integration with a preflight designed to catch formatting risk before export.

What it does

Purpose-built capability, connected to the rest of the program

Regulatory sources become the narrative

Start with work already completed in Gulfstream so the deck reflects the analysis, decisions, risks, and sources behind it.

Match the real company deck

Upload a PowerPoint sample to extract its theme colors, fonts, logo, footer, and compatible master design elements.

Sample native brand colors

Use the screen eyedropper where supported, upload a screenshot, or ask Sailor to research a company’s public brand for review.

Hybrid editable and locked layers

Keep key text editable while protecting backgrounds, logos, charts, diagrams, and complex design elements that must remain exact.

Private multi-client design library

Save separate slide designs for different clients without changing another client’s palette, typography, logo, or footer.

Built for PowerPoint and Google workflows

Generate a useful working deck instead of a flattened image. Compatibility checks identify risky elements before Google export.

Designed for decisions

Keep the context that generic tools lose

Gulfstream connects source material, regulatory reasoning, planning, and deliverables so teams do not have to reconstruct the same work in disconnected systems.

Questions regulatory teams ask

Is Slide Studio a generic AI slide maker?

No. It is part of Gulfstream’s connected regulatory workflow. It can build from regulatory chats, source documents, gap assessments, submission plans, meeting outputs, and other program work while carrying relevant context forward.

Can it match an existing company PowerPoint template?

A user can upload a representative PowerPoint deck so Slide Studio can extract theme colors, fonts, logo, footer, and compatible design elements for review before they become a saved private design.

What remains editable after export?

The default hybrid model is designed to keep titles, body copy, numeric callouts, and table text editable. Complex charts, diagrams, backgrounds, and key brand elements can remain protected when exact appearance matters more than direct editing.

Can consultants save designs for several clients?

Yes. Saved client slide designs are separated so switching clients does not overwrite another client’s colors, fonts, logo, or footer. Designs are private to the individual account by default.

Does it export directly to Google Slides?

PowerPoint export is available now. Google Slides compatibility is in final integration. The planned workflow checks elements that Google may convert differently and warns the user before export rather than allowing a visibly broken deck to be created.

Can Sailor find company colors?

Sailor can research a company name or website using public brand sources and propose a palette for the user to review. Users can also upload a slide screenshot or use the browser-supported screen eyedropper when available.
